1. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2. All entrants must be under the age of 25 as of 25th October 2008.
3. Primal reserves the right to use artist’s logos, photos and contact details for future promotions.
4. Primal Acoustic Sessions is a drug, alcohol and smoke free event.
5. Artists should be prepared to play two songs at the Heats, Semi-Finals and Grand Final.
6. All songs performed must be original songs that contain no swearing or explicit lyrics.
7. Artists must bring two printed copies of their song lyrics to the Heat at which they enter, and to the Semi-Final
to which they are assigned. Four copies of the artist’s song lyrics must be brought to the Grand Final.
8. Songs must not exceed five minutes in duration.
9. Instrumentation of songs may include acoustic guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, acoustic string instruments and acoustic style percussion. All other instruments are allowed by approval only.
10. No more than 2 entrants are permitted to enter per group.
11. All entrants must be at the venue of their Heat and Semi-Final by 6pm on the day of the event.
12. All finalists must be available to report to 145 Newton Rd, Auckland on 25th October at 5pm.
13. Breach of these conditions may result in expulsion from this competition.
